It is NOT in offense to you, but you need some serious search time. It is readily apparent that you are unaware of the Z's many systems, their importance and reliance upon one another. First - You NEED Intercoolers, and FMIC on Z32 suck. (Save for the T0M) Second - UNLESS your engine harness is new (usually gray not black), you WANT a harness installed while the motor is out PERIOD) Third - Replace any water hoses you find on the motor with Silicone so you don't have to worry about them, ESPECIALLY the one right above the bellhousing that connects to the turbo. ...do the Throttle Body bypass to clean things up and make plenum pulls easier. Replace your valve cover gaskets while it's easy to get to them. (Install BDE half-moon plugs in the exhaust side of the heads) Replace PCVs with OEM, as well as replace their hoses Replace the Rear Main Seal while installing a nice upgraded clutch and check the F&R tranny seals. Make SURE you have all the intercooler piping, or if your budget allows, it's the perfect time for 2.5" IC piping and ASH-Spec MASSIVE IC's to allow serious airflow from the turbos. Get downpipes, pre-cats are a restrictive joke. Exhaust ideally could be 3" all the way back to make the most power. (3":2.5" testpipes are alright but will make less power) 60k or 120k kit? No brainer, 120k. (Kyle @ IPP has most complete kit) The 120k will involve cam seals and other things that bring ultimate piece of mind. Oil cooler? upgraded oil coolers are best so why not if you have to get one right? Injectors? good question. If you go all stock, or just a cone filter intake and a catback? stock injectors are ok. (Although "old-style" injectors are THE PLAGUE!) If you are doing any other mod-ing I'd just rip the fockers out right now and put in 740's. 740's idle fine, can be tuned fairly easily, and will handle any upgrade you bolt-on. (AND someone will buy your old injectors if they ohm out!) You definitely have to step up to a TT fuel pump and a controller. (A single Walbro is shit compared to an OEM TT. 2 Walbros > 1 OEM TT, but 1 OEM TT > 1 Walbro) Please, remember to do ALOT more research. Post questions regarding what your goals are to help form a path you feel comfortable with and that is safe. Good luck.
